Description
About the teamAs an Investigation Analyst on our Trust & Safety team, you will be part of a group that detects, analyses, and mitigates platform threats across languages and different issue verticals.
You will both drive proactive detection workstreams, and support cross-functional partners in deep-dive investigations.You will also regularly use tools and processes to take out bad actors and content at scale from the platform.
Responsibilities- You'll proactively search for and identify harmful trends and content by leveraging internal data, open-source intelligence, and/or third-party private intelligence- You'll work with teams across Trust & Safety to review and respond to metric changes and escalations across multiple channels with high quality, accuracy, and speed- You'll leverage tools to build rules to automate the control of bad content, to control bad content on the platform, and mitigate escalations- You'll identify gaps, problems, needs and come up with robust solutions with relative independence- You'll use learnings and data to influence other T&S teams in Product, Policy, Process, and Detection to make improvements to enhance the overall ecosystemMinimum Qualifications- You have prior investigative and/or intelligence analysis work in Trust & Safety or a related area (fraud or integrity), combined with program management experience- You have English proficiency, along with complete fluency in Bahasa Indonesia as you will be predominantly covering the Bahasa Indonesian-speaking market- You have strong and proven data analysis skills and have a strong understanding of global affairs and their influence on social media risks/trends- You are open to proactively learning and using technical and tooling skills- You have a collaborative and open mindset to adapt to a constantly-evolving T&S environment and can prioritize multiple ongoing tasks and asks Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
