Executive, Finance (Finance Operations):

  • Posting Date: 7 May 2024Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance, the Executive will assist the Finance Department of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) in matters relating to the following areas:You will manage and handle General Ledger function and perform the closing of the monthly accounts to meet deadlines established by Management. You will prepare journal entries and ensure all transactions are completely and accurately coded in General Ledger. You will ensure invoices are processed in accordance with agreements and policies. You will answer enquiries from internal and external parties and liaise with Finance Shared Services to ensure proper payment processes are maintained. You will work closely with Finance Shared Services to ensure tasks are performed accurately and timely. You will prepare monthly supporting schedules and management reports in accordance with deadlines and assist in work as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
  • CA or ACCA (optional)
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • IT savvy with good knowledge in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and advanced knowledge in Excel and SAP
