Description

Responsibilities
Analysing customers buying patterns and predicting future trends of Sarees business.

Identifying the new suppliers / vendors & buying the products as per the trends & customers demands.

Negotiating the terms of contract with the suppliers /vendors to ensure the availability of products at best rates & maximum profitability.

Managing and maintain the optimum quantities of the products required in the stores and warehouse.

Work closely with the business analysis team to formulate a current year buying plan based on past trends.

Training and mentoring the store team in regards to the products.

Consistently connect with the Store sales team to share sales trends and device strategies to improve sales.

Understand competition and trends in each market, to devise strategies.

Create an annual buying plan and project the sales trends.


Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry.

Proven work experience in similar role.

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).

Analytical & Negotiation skills.

Ability to interact with people from all levels.

Strong organizational & coordinating abilities.

Good working attitude, initiative and resourceful
