Description

Responsibilities & Duties

1.

Financial analysis and reporting - He/She is required in conducting financial analysis related to Project(s) including variance analysis to identify trends, potential risks or opportunities.

He/She is responsible in preparing financial reports/presentations for management such as Regional ES Projects P&L (monthly, quarterly, annual), Project(s) profitability analysis, cost, revenue, unbilled status, cash flow among others.

Budgeting - He/She is required to develop, prepare and submit the region's Project budgets, monitor actual expenses and work with the respective stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budgets are met.

He/She shall also be required to meet the Global reporting in a timely manner.

Forecasting - He/She is required to provide forecast of revenue, expenses and provide insights to management to make informed decisions.

He/She shall also be required to meet the Global's reporting in a timely manner.

4.

Project Evaluation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure accuracy of data to evaluate the financial feasibility for new/tender Projects, including potential risks & benefits and recommendations to management.

Communication - He/She is required to ensure that everyone; Project Managers, Projects team and all other stakeholders are informed of the Project(s) status and issues.

6.
Compliance - He/She will ensure compliance with Group policies, accounting standards and local government regulations.

7.
Continuous improvement - He/She will continuously improve or recommend improvements to processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.

8.
Ad-Hoc - providing financial analysis or support as needed
