Job Title: Process Engineer ( IC )

Salary: Up to $3500

Location: Tuas

Working Days:Mon-Fri

Working Hours: 7.50 am to 4.55 pm

Job Duties:

• Assist in carrying out MBO activities to meet department KPIs in line with Business Plan and Division Objectives
• Assist in process improvement for Yield, Quality, and Productivity
• Support the team involved in QA and Production to resolve production line trouble
• Perform data collection to generate technical reports for customer product qualification and confirmation
• Assist in problem analysis to resolve production line trouble in their assigned processes
• Participate in daily meetings, weekly meeting and providing two ways for information sharing, and seek help from the supervisors if necessary
• Assist Engineer in process development activities and optimization parameters by conducting DOE and analysis
• Support prototype-related activities, New Products, New Packages, New Process,es and New substrate or Lead frame introduction
• Assist or wrote technical reports for customer product qualification, process evaluation, and DOE conducted
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly is preferred
• Willing to learn new equipment or processes
• Able to support shift work when needed.
