Coordinate architectural 3D or visualization related projects between clients and creative team to ensure timely delivery of top notch work

Provide technical advices and preempt potential challenges to Team & Client.
Manage Correspondence, documentation & Coordination with Client/Client' Representative and other contractors/consultants.
Manage manpower & resources to execute on hand works within timeline.
Liaising with different parties, client's representatives, subcontractors, and consultants.
Responsible for daily & timely site progress updates
Establish good business relationship with clients; Able to multitask and arrange works efficiently

Job Requirements:

Possess basic knowledge of 3D software such as 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop, or similar
Degree in architecture or interior design, as well as relevant industry experience are preferred.
Excellent in handling and managing client expectations
