Accounts Assistant - Singapore - Auto Midas (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Description

• Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions; including data entry
• Assist in monthly Payroll and CPF preparation
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts, revenue reports, etc. as assigned
• Assist with processing of payments as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary
• Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to achieve monthly timely closing of accounts
• Assist with general admin duties as assigned
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Perform adhoc tasks as assigned.

• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Meticulous and wellorganised with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting System is an added advantage
• Residing and eligible to work in Singapore

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

• Accounting: 2 years (required)
