ABOUT THE ROLE:
MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on one of our top global accounts, Microsoft, as the Marketing Coordinator - In-Person & Digital Events.
What is the role, and how does it positively impact the business?
Marketing Coordinator - In-Person & Digital Events - this role is part of the Events team that focuses on in-person events coordinating the different partners that are part of the event.
**Your core day-to-day responsibilities include: -
Event Consultation:Subject matter expert in the centralized service teams events marketing. Ensures events follow corporate guidelines and leverages corporate reports to provide event insights and data. Basic support on the financial management of events and participates with the analytics team to build internal event metrics and KPIs.

Pre-Event: Acts as the project manager for on-site and digital events coordinating with partner agencies and participants to ensure on-time execution. Tracks events per the defined processes and supports the creation of customer journeys related to the events.

Event Execution: Attends on-site and digital events as per Event Lead request with active participation. Coordinate logistics such as catering and AV requirements.
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications
- Intermediate to advanced project management skills
- Basic business, systems, and process analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of event marketing
- Relationship management, collaboration and quick thinking
- Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products
Required Experience:
- University degree preferred.
- 12 years solid marketing communications (agency or client side) with a focus as Project Manager
- Event and project management experience
