Scrum Master/Team Lead:


Responsibilities

  • Guide the Scrum Team on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organisation.
  • Managing project scopes and timelines.
  • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice and guidelines.
  • Ensuring each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and highquality delivery.
  • Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

What we are looking for

  • Have a demonstrable experience as a Scrum master and people management skills.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Crystal, XP, etc.
  • Have JIRA/Confluence experience.
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or AIPMM (Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner) is preferred.
