Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the centre in accordance with the school's vision and core values
- Proactive maintain a positive team culture
- Coach, mentor and supervise all staff
- Plan and monitor individual staff continuing professional development
- Handle parents' feedback
- Liaise with licensing authorities and all other external vendors
- Manage centre marketing and enrolment
- Ensure centre's records and documentation are complete and up to date
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership/ Diploma in Early Child Care and Education
- Leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Min 2 years experience
- Some experience in SPARK a plus
- Singapore Citizens / PRs only
