As part of the Management Reporting and Advice team, you will support the regional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, provide financial analytical support and work closely with various stakeholders across APAC Wholesale Bank.

You will support the forecasting process as well as for monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis and reporting. In addition, you will participate in Finance and business projects to improve results and processes.

You are strongly result-oriented and have sound knowledge and experience in the Financial sector. You are detailed orientated yet capable of approaching issues from both analytical and strategic perspective. You are independent, like to work on multiple tasks and can pro-actively manage multiple stakeholders.

Your most important tasks will include:

Financial Planning: you will contribute to the forecast, budgeting process and consolidation for APAC Wholesale Bank. This involves obtaining inputs from the business and functions, analysing and challenging the projections
Performance management: you will support reporting on the financial performance of the business and countries. This includes the endtoend process of data extraction / cleansing / upload, consolidation, analysis and presentation.
Advice: you are a strategic business partner who independently identifies areas for improvement, prepares analysis and presents the outcomes to stakeholders.
Strategic projects: You will actively participate on Finance innovation projects with the goal to standardize and streamline processes, and improve the quality of management information distributed across Asia.

You are a team player with excellent collaboration skills who is critical (in a positive sense) of her / his own performance and that of others.

In addition, you have:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
Experience working in teams, with strong knowledge of FP&A processes;
Strong analytical, problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong English written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excel Macro, PowerBI and Python working knowledge would be advantageous.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across a crossfunctional team and influence senior leaders.
Strong team player, selfstarter and motivator, capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

Your Work Environment

Management Reporting & Advice is the department responsible for the managerial reporting and forward-looking advice to the Asian Management Team.

In this capacity the team is the linking pin between Finance and the other corporate departments and local ING entities.

This includes maintaining the day-to-day relationship with these stakeholders and taking the ownership for implementing / maintaining the requirements leading to a FP&A process.
