- Collaborating with process teams to develop, implement and improve advanced control solutions for optimum manufacturing performances
- Drive quality program (for example: process stability and capability improvement, non-conformance detection improvement) with stakeholders to achieve best in class result
- Create manufacturing and business process automation tools for efficiency improvements.
- Understand and utilize manufacturing process data to apply statistical analysis or machine learning to identify problems and translate it into control/automation solutions.
- Work with a global team to maintain, align and improve process control applications.
- Develop and deliver training on control systems and related topics.
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in engineering with a passion for programming and data analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R
- Process control and statistical knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
- Proficiency in big data platforms and common database solutions is desirable
- Ambitious and proactive individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
