Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Designer with Animation Experience to join our team and play a key role in developing engaging and effective e-learning programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-learning design principles and a proven ability to create high-quality interactive motion graphics such as H5P (HTML5 Presentation) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging and effective e-learning programs using various software, including EdTech tools
• Create interactive motion graphics and animations to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with in-house instructional designers to create comprehensive learning materials
• Ensure that e-learning materials are SCORM-compliant for seamless integration into our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Develop interactive learning content using H5P, an open-source framework for creating interactive HTML5 content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning design trends and technologies
• Maintain a consistentbrand identity across all e-learning materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic and animation design (as a freelancer or working in a design studio)
• Proven experience in e-learning design and development (with portfolio – including school projects if applicable)
• Strong understanding of e-learning design principles and best practices
• Expertise in creating interactive motion graphics and animations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, including H5P for interactive works, and/or Articulate Storyline
• Preferably with experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard Learn
• Understanding of SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) and experience creating SCORM-compliant e-learning materials is preferred
• Preferably with a keen interest in Generative AI platforms for Social Media and Graphic Design (such as DALL-E3; MidJourney, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
