Responsibility

• Responsible for full set of accounts, including the day-to-day operation of accounts receivables and accounts payable transactions
• Assist in closing, monthly reporting and budgeting
• Timely and accurate preparation of bank reconciliation
• Prepare and submit GST
• Assist auditors / tax agents in year-end audit
• Assisting payroll and leave administration, including CPF and IR8A submission
• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal and renewal
• Arrange renewal of insurance policies like motor, public liability and PA & medical for staff
• Coordinate with IT vendors for new incoming or outgoing staff
• Coordinate vendor purchases and liaison works
• Issue parts and sundry Purchase Orders to HQ and supplier/vendors
• Any other relevant work which may be required on ad hoc basis

Requirements

• Minimum O level
• 3 years of working experience in providing finance/accounting function
• Prior experience in SAP system will be an added advantage
