    Description

    TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with fewer resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage. We are looking for a Human Capital Manager to join our family

    As a Human Capital Manager, you will play a key role in setting up, maintaining and improving of people management infrastructures and systems in the firm and its subsidiaries. Your end goal is to implement HR strategies that reflect business plans and contribute positive impact to business outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee HR team and HR-related matters.
    • Assist in full spectrum of HR services including manpower sourcing, engagement and onboarding, etc. whenever required.
    • Conduct HR orientation for all new hires in the region; including policy overviews and new hire documents
    • Maintaining and up-keeping of HR documents and forms like employment contracts, employee handbooks, and HR policies and procedures
    • Liaising with external partners such as universities, government organizations and vendors
    • Ensure that all Payroll matters and Personal Administration processes are efficient and secure
    • Partnering with management and teams to enhance work environment & relationships, drive engagement and increase productivity
    • Implementing performance appraisals, training and feedback across the agency in line with local/regional HR standards

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree in HR preferred or Business Administration.
    • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar environment
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills
    • Up to date knowledge of local HR policies and local employment law
    • Well organized and meticulous in handling documents
    • Independent team player and ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in MS Office
