Job Responsibilities:

● Accounting and internal controls – To handle full set of accounts, to guide and manage

accounting policies together with all internal and external audit requirements; to ensure

effective internal controls are in place to ensure full compliance to Singapore laws and

regulatory requirements;

●Financial Planning and analysis – To produce timely and accurate reporting and analysis;

provide insightful financial analysis to identify ways of driving improved business

performance;

●Regulatory Reporting – To prepare for regulatory reporting, which includes statutory filing, tax

authorities, etc.; manage and comply with reporting requirements and tax filing;

●Planning and forecasting – To manage the process for accurate financial forecasting and

budgeting including operational budgeting, market and market share analysis,

competitive analysis, cost accounting, monthly/quarterly/annual planning, etc.;

●To liaise with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants of

subsidiaries.

Job Requirements:

●Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ACCA

●CPA preferred but not required.

● At least 3 years experience in leading an in-house team of accounts executives in a

commercial setting.

●Salary range: SGD $4,000 to $6,000 depending on experience.
