    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Purpose:

    This role will support providing excellent client experience at CHANEL in-house workshop.

    Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and seamless Quality Control and Repair support to the brand by providing ultimate standard of our Quality & After Sales services to the retail team.

    You will work closely with the Retail team and Repair Team at Local level pertaining to all aspects Quality Control and repair management of Chanel watches.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform in-house QC and repair services for Chanel watches
    • Quality Control of all watches for existing stocks, consignment and new shipment, clients' watches upon request

    o Complete QC checklist for every watch

    o Provide quality advise and service proposal on defective

    pieces.

    • Watch Repairs

    o Diagnose non-working watches and complete diagnosis

    report.

    o Provide service proposal according to professional standard

    o Repair watch on approval

    o QC repaired watches to ensure all functional aspects are

    restored to factory standard

    • Offer technical advises to internal and external customers on product quality and functionality
    • Monitor KPIs to ensure smooth and efficient quality repairs according to SLA
    • Identify and report quality issues encountered while repairing items from stocks and clients
    • Work in accordance with Global guidelines
    • Proactive in making enhancement to improve efficiencies and productivity

    Person Specifications:

    • Academic / Professional Qualifications
    • Diploma / Certificates in technical fields
    • Must be fluent in English
    • IT system literate and able to navigate across platforms and channels

    Work Experience

    • Minimum 2 years and above of exposures and experiences in watch repairs
