    The Offer

    • Leadership opportunity to drive the APAC expansion of a strongly backed B2B SaaS startup

    The Job

    As the APAC Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion in the region. In this role, you will design, implement, and update revenue growth strategies for the initial go-to-market phase of achieving targets and will then focus on building upon that success to scale up revenue. Alongside a sales team, you will need to establish a regional sales strategy, cultivate strategic partnerships, and secure deals to achieve your revenue milestones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Constructing a GTM model and quickly updating the strategy based on data and customer insights
    • Taking on the overall responsibility concerning initial customer acquisition. This includes identifying customers, crafting product messaging, establishing demand generation marketing, initial customer success, onboarding, reaching "aha" moments, and renewal sales
    • Securing and promoting sales channels through partnerships with business partners, and constructing a system for sales promotion.
    • Creating added value for customers through partnerships.
    • Coordinating with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to enable the execution of strategy
    • Keeping the team on target to meet goals by developing tactics to resolve identified challenges
    • Ensuring a robust feedback loop of customer insights to product and engineering teams

    The Profile

    • You possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and have at least 8 years of experience within a B2B Sales role, with significant work done within the Software / SaaS industry.
    • You have a solid track record of success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets for SaaS products
    • You are familiar with common sales and marketing tools (e.g.Salesforce, Hubspot)
    • You possess experience in market analyses for a successful GTM strategy
    • Using data to develop and adjust strategies would be key to this role
    • You can drive collaborative communication to build partnerships internally and externally
    • You have built and managed high-performing sales teams.
    • You can work well in fast-paced environments and can collaborate with geographically distributed teams with ease.
