**Job Description

Responsibilities:

Creating detailed drawings and space plans.
Collaborating with designers to establish interior design layouts and drawing standards/details.
Identifying and communicating any potential issues to the team.
Ensuring timely completion of required drawings.
Maintaining accuracy and adherence to drafting standards throughout the process.

Requirements:

Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Sketchup)
Preferably to have 12years in drafting experience with strong analytical skill
Ability to speak and write English and Chinese (for handling English and Chinese speaking associates)
Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline. Meticulous with attention to details.
