    The Role

    prePO is looking for a Web3 Technical Project Manager to lead project management processes, ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives. This role involves working closely with the founder and engineering team to coordinate product development activities, prioritize tasks, conduct quality assurance, and plan launches effectively.

    • Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate closely with the team to plan and manage project execution.
    • Development Updates: Communicate project status updates transparently to all stakeholders.
    • Ticket Management & Prioritization: Manage project tickets efficiently based on urgency and importance.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough product tests and address any issues.
    • User Interviews: Lead user interview sessions to gather feedback and enhance the product.
    • Product Metrics: Analyze product metrics for strategic decision-making.
    • Launch Planning & Execution: Coordinate product launch processes with the team.
    • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote product visibility and adoption.

    The Ideal Candidate

    We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Web3 Technical Project Manager with a strong project management background, technical proficiency, Web3 development experience, Notion expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to the company's values.

    • Project Management Prowess: Experience in project management in a tech startup, preferably in a Web3 environment.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in computer science or software engineering.
