Account Manager - Singapore - COGENT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.

Description

Duty & Responsibility

1. Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable function for all subsidiaries with the Group.

2. Process daily payment plannings in treasury system, follow up with approvals and completion in internet banking.

3. Assist to execute and ensure strict compliance to Singapore financial reporting requirements includes audit, tax and GST.

4. Assist to ensure timely reporting of all subsidiaries reports and assignments required by Singapore and China headquarters.

5. Assist and support the Group Reporting Team, which includes completing both Singapore and China reporting requirements.

6. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules.

7. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting

2. At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable

3. Able to multi-task

4. Good communication skills
