Salary:
up to $2600
Basic Function:
Responsible for customer's enquires and other related services for foreign workers accommodation at S11 dormitories including issuing of invoices to customers.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Handle and manage customer requirement on dormitory accommodation.
- Maintain good rapport with the customers.
- Issue billing to customers on licence agreement, rental, fines, etc.
- Handle & manage the registration of bicycle, TV & fridge and food warmers.
- Coordinate closely with Admin Executive/Officer pertaining to Residents checking in and checking out of the dormitory.
- Follow up with customer on outstanding accounts.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
