Logistics Officer - Tampines, Singapore - ELITEZ & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all operational procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issues.
- Plan orders to fulfill customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
- Collect data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
- Administer cycle counts as part of inventory management.
- Ensure timely and orderly completion of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including exchanges and returns.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all shipment documentation.
- Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Report nonconforming receiving issues to the Executive.
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
- Experience with operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
