- Build comprehensive understanding of our products based on customer segments, business value, technical feasibility and strategy
- Drive execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, requirements development and product launch
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Design experiments to iterate and develop new and existing features
- Conduct datadriven analysis, extracting key insights and communicating findings in a compelling way to drive critical business decisions
- Analyze business fundamentals and work crossfunctionally to implement highimpact projects and ensure the business meets its critical metrics
- Identify and implement new opportunities that grow Client's business
- Prioritize and launch products that are most important to our target segments
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX, marketing and sales team on the development, QA and release of products to ensure success for Client
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Support our CEO on daytoday management and analysis on high priority issues by collaborating effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design and Customer team to bring ideas to life
- Bachelor's degree in product design, engineering or computer science and/or any related field
- 2+ years of working experience in a product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and quantitative problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced SQL and/or data visualization tools experience required
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Resultsoriented, resourceful and high willingness to learn
- Highly accountable and takes ownership of one's own work
- Selfstarter with an interest in entrepreneurship
- Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Curiosity to explore creative solutions and try new things
- Previous software development experience a plus
- Proven experience working as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role a plus
