Responsibilities:

• This role will provide technical support and maintenance for IT / Network Infrastructure.
• Will monitor the system performance, perform troubleshooting and evaluate potential occurrence or new incidents that may arise.
• Handle system upgrades, replacements and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Atleast Diploma education in Information Technology with 5-6 years working experience in IT Support, Network Infrastructure, Hardware, Systems and related IT peripherals.
• Applications / Systems knowledge in Database, Oracle, Access Management, Backup systems.
• Infrastructure / Network knowledge in Cisco Networks, Checkpoint Firewall, Palo Alto, Load Balancers, Network routing.
• Must be comfortable to communicate effectively with end-user clients and senior stakeholders.
