Executive - Product Partnership & Sales (1 Year Contract)

The department

As an Executive in the Product Partnership & Sales department, you will work closely with vendors, licensors and product manufacturers for product launches.

Reporting to the Senior Executive, and working alongside a team of Product Sales professionals, you will manage online sales, marketplace platform, Vending Machine and digital vouchers, and in doing so, be at the forefront of transformation in EZ-Link.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will focus on the following areas:

Digital Sales (Ecommerce) and Smart Retail (Vending) Channels

To support Ecommerce & Smart Retail Channel Executive & Manager in these areas

Management of Online Sales Portal
Management of marketplace platform
Management of Vending Machine/Kiosk Channel
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for product launches
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on stocks and logistic arrangement
Liaising with Customer Service Team to address related customer service matters
Liaising with Finance & Vendors to facilitate timely settlement
Thematic Product
To support Thematic Executive & Manager in an administrative role
Thematic Reporting

Diploma in Business/Ecommerce/Related
Familiarity with Ecommerce/Vending/Digital Voucher will be an advantage
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Good initiative, Resourceful, Self

- motivated, Independent & team player

Fast and keen learner whose motivated in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in excel, skills in Photoshop, Photography & Editing would be an added advantage.
