- Design and configure SCCM, Intune, and (Windows)Autopilot solutions tailored to the client's requirements.
- Implement Microsoft endpoint management solutions efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
- Develop, customize, and maintain group policies, compliance policies, and configuration profiles within Intune.
- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Create and enforce software deployment, update, and patching policies via SCCM.
- Provide high-level support and issue resolution for SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot related problems.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell,).
- Assist in setting up Windows Autopilot to automate device provisioning and enhance user onboarding experiences.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot to recommend and implement best practices and improvements.
- Proficiency in Privilege Access Management tools like Beyond Trust EPM and Intune EPM.
- Strong Knowledge of Operating System Builds(OSD) using SCCM.
- SCCM Reporting integration with Power BI (Good to Have)
- Intune reporting using Graph API (Good to Have)
- O365 Administration (Good to Have)
