Responsibilities
- Provide sales service to our valued customers.
- Process and confirm sales orders for customers.
- Prepare quotations and check available quantities for customers
- Reserves products for customers.
- Onboard new customers and ensure all relevant documentation is received.
- Collaborate with our Accounts team to verify order payments before delivery.
- Work closely with warehouse team on product releases and deliveries.
- Provide support for companywide marketing activities and initiatives.
- Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Operation Manager
Requirements:
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment Excellent customer liaison and interpersonal skills.
