Job Description:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management
Primary focus will be on the business requirements and solution aspects of the project.

TWork in a project team, in collaboration with users to:
(1) Gather, analyse and manage business requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria

(2) Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and create demonstrations to provide proof of concept

(3) Develop the business case and projects specifications

(4) Evaluate and recommend ICT solutions that best address the needs

(5) Prioritise product backlog through rigorous information gathering and analysis with stakeholders

contribute to the development of the functional / technical design specifications

(6) Review solution options with the development team and coordinate user acceptance for every sprint

products

(7) Review testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met

(8) Drive smooth deployment and adoption
