    My client, a leading global financial institution and with a strong APAC presence, is looking to hire an experienced Digital Acquisition and Channel Optimisation Lead to join their team and take ownership of their digital banking capabilities for the retail and wealth banking business.

    As a Digital Acquisition and Channel Optimisation Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing their digital strategy, driving the adoption and implementation of digital solutions to deliver the best in banking for their wealth and retail clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions and align them with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven, and experienced in managing the digital as a channel from strategy to optimisation. Key responsibilities include:

    • Be responsible for the E2E digital sales and acquisition of all wealth and retail products from loans to cards to personal and wealth banking
    • Own all digital assets including the management of full end-to-end digital sales funnel to drive digital sales and acquisitions across all wealth and retail products and services.
    • Analyze data and leverage insights to drive data-driven decisions for channel optimization across digital funnel including managing acquisition, drop-offs, retention, engagement and conversion
    • Omni-channel lead and origination management as well as partnering with cross-functional teams (products, marketing, projects, IT, etc) to drive digital sales and acquisitions via digital marketing, campaigns, lifecycle and customer marketing, etc

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • At least 8 years proven experience experience in managing and optimizing digital sales and acquisitions within retail and wealth banking, with strong experience in digital channel optimisation from funnel management (conversion, drop-off retargeting) to end-to-end leads management as well as lifecycle engagement
    • Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
    • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
