- Manage and process warranty claims from service partners in Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.
- Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure claims are submitted into the warranty system promptly.
- Coordinate procurement and shipment of spare parts, and manage retrieval and return process for warranty items with service partners.
- Expedite critical parts ordering and delivery to distributors/service partners for prompt restoration of engines/equipment.
- Act as main point of contact for warranty-related issues with service partners, resolving disputes promptly.
- Communicate effectively with service partners to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to facilitate claim processing and resolution.
- Maintain a detailed database of warranty claims, including status updates and approvals.
- Generate reports on warranty claims for submission.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing in compliance with company policies.
- Generate and assign internal job numbers for tracking purposes.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions and coordinate for timely issuance of purchase orders.
- Receive invoices from service partners for warranty-related claims and process in system for payment initiation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Propose solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in claim processing.
- Min Degree/Diploma
- Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience in warranty administration, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
