The successful applicant will be working within a well-established organization.

Adecco is partnering with a well-established organization from the Architecture firm.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the full cycle of talent acquisition activities
  • Advises on salaries and benefit benchmarking
  • Managing talent attraction initiatives, such as campus recruitment, internship etc.
  • Ability to do market mapping and onboarding of new employees.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies
  • Drive data lead decisionmaking through analysis of key people metrics.
  • Providing advice and support regarding employee enquiries on a daytoday basis
  • Monitor and manage all employees' life cycle activities
  • Facilitate training registration and coordination (internal & external training)

Requirements:


  • At least a Diploma or Degree in related fields.
  • Minimally 4 years of endtoend recruitment experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
