The successful applicant will be working within a well-established organization.

Adecco is partnering with a well-established organization from the Architecture firm.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full cycle of talent acquisition activities
Advises on salaries and benefit benchmarking
Managing talent attraction initiatives, such as campus recruitment, internship etc.
Ability to do market mapping and onboarding of new employees.
Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies
Drive data lead decisionmaking through analysis of key people metrics.
Providing advice and support regarding employee enquiries on a daytoday basis
Monitor and manage all employees' life cycle activities
Facilitate training registration and coordination (internal & external training)

Requirements:

At least a Diploma or Degree in related fields.
Minimally 4 years of endtoend recruitment experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
