Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and coordination between site construction, engineering, quality, safety, planning, and commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor and supervise the performance and coordination among teams to ensure seamless project execution and proper handover to the client.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
Lead, monitor, and coordinate design input and output, both internally and externally, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor, control, and coordinate site works in collaboration with the operations team and contractors.
Ensure projects meet customer's quality standards and are delivered within the specified timeline and budget.
Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may affect project progress or quality.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and address any concerns promptly.
Effectively communicate with internal teams, contractors, and external bodies to facilitate collaboration and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of manageriallevel experience in construction.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams.
Longterm experience in industrial projects (e.g., factories, petrol/chemical plants) is desired.
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese to facilitate effective communication with Japanesespeaking associates/clients.
