Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide strong leadership and coordination between site construction, engineering, quality, safety, planning, and commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and supervise the performance and coordination among teams to ensure seamless project execution and proper handover to the client.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
  • Lead, monitor, and coordinate design input and output, both internally and externally, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Monitor, control, and coordinate site works in collaboration with the operations team and contractors.
  • Ensure projects meet customer's quality standards and are delivered within the specified timeline and budget.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may affect project progress or quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and address any concerns promptly.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, contractors, and external bodies to facilitate collaboration and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of manageriallevel experience in construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams.
  • Longterm experience in industrial projects (e.g., factories, petrol/chemical plants) is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese to facilitate effective communication with Japanesespeaking associates/clients.
