Job Description for Accounts Executive (AP)

  • Accounting Software


  • Globe

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Credit Controls functions preferably with basic GL knowledge
  • Perform monthend closing E.g bank reconciliation etc.
  • Liaise with Bank for oversea payments (online)
  • Matching of daily D.O and Invoices
  • Handle/ Updating petty cash
  • Issue invoices to certain customers when needed
  • Quarterly GST submission (Prepared by 3rd party book keeper)
  • Other adhoc duties which may be assigned

Job Requirements

  • ITE or Diploma in accounting/Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • A good team player with high integrity and professional code of ethic
Company Transport is provided to the nearest MRT (Yew Tee), Masiling or woodlands area
