Description

• To implement and maintain all quality and food safety control processes which are compliant to company's FSSC22000 standard and relevant statutory requirements.
• To conduct inhouse food safety training to production/ operations staffs.
• To manage customer complaints investigation and perform troubleshooting and drive process improvement program to ensure high standard of food safety and quality.
• Responsible for conducting in-house swabbing test such as equipment, hand, packaging and coordinating with third party lab to arrange for air, water, equipment swab, hand swab, packaging swab.
