Accounts Admin Assistant - Yishun - 5 day week-Singaporeans only
Job Descriptions/ Key Responsibilities:
. Manage day to day accounting operations, quotations, invoices, statement of accounts, petty cash, expense claims
. Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly audit schedule.
. Generate monthly Accounts Payable and Receivables aging reports.
. Any other ad hoc project assigned by the management.
Candidate's Requirements:
. Secondary education MS Word, Excel
. At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Responsible, team player and willing to learn.
. Preferably with good knowledge ofin financial accounting
