  • Responsible for purchase orders
  • Plan, source, purchase & expedite orders from local & overseas suppliers
  • Develop new supply sources where vendors & suppliers are inadequate
  • Generate and interpret materials shortages report
  • Expedite and monitor materials shipments from freight forwarders & suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
  • Contact vendors & suppliers for quotations and follow up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories & deliveries
  • Understand ISO quality assurance requirement & audit requirement

Requirements:


  • Able to handle purchasing independently
  • Preferably with knowledge in Electrical background
  • Resourceful & good negotiation skills
  • Proactive & multitasking with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer savvy in MS Office, ERP or ACCPAC
