Understanding customer requirement and provide mapping with IT processes.- Responsible for the solution designing and development using ServiceNow.
- Created the various service catalogs and configured the different workflow for the execution of the process as per client requirement.
- Strong knowledge of the server side and clientside scripting.
- Created various frontend forms, and associated Client Scripts, UI policies, including advanced customizations that require modification of UI Pages/Macros.
- Designing new workflows and modifying the existing workflows according to new requirements.
- Creation of ACLs, Reports, Scheduled Reports, and scheduled Jobs.
- Created various reports and dashboard as per business requirements
