Role Summary:
SHGU PTE LTD is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Managing Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will assist the Managing Director in the strategic planning and daily operations of the company.

You will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional IT solutions and services and help drive the growth and profitability of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director in the development and execution of strategic plans and operational objectives.
  • Assist in overseeing company operations, including IT solutions, business consultancy services, and our partnership with NAKIVO.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and assisting in the securing of business deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure highquality service delivery by implementing and overseeing quality control measures.
  • Participate in managing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees to support business objectives.
  • Assist in leading, inspiring, and managing a highperforming team to exceed the company's objectives.
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and work closely with our legal consultants on businessrelated legal matters.
  • Represent the company alongside or in the absence of the Managing Director at negotiations, conventions, public meetings, and other official occasions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a management or executive role within the IT solutions or business consultancy sector.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and business development.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Indepth knowledge of Singapore business consulting services and legal regulations.
