**Furniture Showroom Retail Sales Consultant**Job Description: - To introduce the company's products and services to customers and provide relevant recommendations and information
- To prepare and follow up on quotations and design proposals
- To build and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers
- To prepare and submit sales reports to management
- To liaise with operations department on deliveries
- To provide aftersale support to customers
- To assist in showroom floor movement, product display and showroom maintenance
- To assist in stock management and inventory control
- Any other adhoc duties related to your position based on the needs and requirements of the business.
- Relevant industry/retail experience preferred
- Certifications in service excellence, customer service, interior design preferred
- Basic computer skills
