We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive Requirement Specifications and Design Specifications documentation for both software and hardware projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Specification Documentation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.
• Translate technical information into clear, concise, and comprehensive Requirement Specifications.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards.

2. Design Specification Documentation:

• Work closely with development and design teams to comprehend system architectures and technical designs.
• Articulate complex technical concepts into detailed and accessible Design Specifications.
• Maintain version control and update documentation to reflect any changes in project scope or design.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

• Foster effective communication channels with developers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings to gather insights and provide documentation updates as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical content.

4. Documentation Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes for efficiency and clarity.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in technical writing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the IT industry, with a focus on software and hardware documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and hardware design processes.
• Proficiency in document creation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or other relevant platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
