    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment and acceptance of spice fragrance.
    • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
    • Excellent time management abilities
    • Ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations.
    • Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
    • Preparing menus, and monitoring staff performance, training new staffs. Organized inventory, storage, and distribution of supplies.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Accept to work late, able to work on weekends and public holidays.
