- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations.
- Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Preparing menus, and monitoring staff performance, training new staffs. Organized inventory, storage, and distribution of supplies.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Accept to work late, able to work on weekends and public holidays.
