Business Executive - Singapore - P5 DESIGN VENTURES PTE. LTD.
Description
Develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.- Plan and oversee new sales and marketing initiatives.
- Research potential and existing markets to identify business opportunities.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to identify new prospects.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, sales contracts, quotation, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities.
- Coordinate and ensure support in meeting project success internally with customers.
- Participate in setting up and commissioning plants.
- Building longterm relationships with new and existing customers for repeat orders.
- Train personnel and helping team members to understand the technical aspects of the process and products.
- Perform project risk assessments and ensure that KPIs are met.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to promote and improve business development.
Requirements:
- Minimum education qualifications: Diploma Holder preferably in process/mechanical/electrical engineering or other related engineering.
- Proven sales track record and working experience in business development, marketing or sales team is preferable.
- Able to support plant setup, product development and release.
- Experience in or has been trained in process operation.
- Able to interpret process flow diagram (PFD) as well as process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).
- Able to communicate, both verbal and written, effectively and clearly in English and other Asian languages.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision when tasked.
- Ability to perform other activities as necessary and as directed by senior management.
- Some engineering background needed.
