Description

To plan and monitor the execution of the construction works including subcontractors and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company's quality standards, company's HSSE practices and within schedule.

Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site.
Establish a daytoday work schedule for the project base on the master schedule.
Monitor and review the performance of labour and subcontractors to ensure production targets are met or bettered and take appropriate action as necessary.
Close coordination with team members to optimise usage of resources.
Conduct site survey to assist Engineering Team in getting engineering solutions.
Prepare and write daily reports to update daily progress, weather, resources including manpower and plant.
Other workrelated duties as and when required by the Manager/Chief Engineer.
Develop method statement and risk assessment for all site activities.
Able to work independently and good team member.
Able to communicate to all levels and attend site meetings on a daily basis.
Able to communicate with Client's representatives, QP and other stake holders.

Requirement

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant skills certificates with at least 3 years related experience in the field. Diploma holder with 5 years of related experience will also be considered.
Preferably with 3 years or more working experience in project site work.
Familiar in construction materials & specifications would be an advantage.
Fresh graduates will be considered and on the job training will be provided.
