Job Responsibilities

Develop solution architectures that cater to both current and future project and business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, aiding development teams in creating innovative software solutions.
Foster inclusive delivery leadership, ensuring that diverse perspectives are considered throughout the process.
Create and oversee solution designs that align with corporate architectures.
Conduct strategic compliance reviews of designs.
Mentor and advise architects, technical leads, application specialists, and developers.
Lead efforts to address technical debts and defects, ensuring the ongoing reliability of solutions.
Perform system analysis, design, and code reviews to uphold standards of security, maintainability, and quality.
Influence management decisions across organizational boundaries.
Collaborate closely with the IT team to deliver effective solutions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced cloud-based solutions.
Skilled in creating and deploying complex web-based applications using technologies such as Java, Google GWT, HTML/JavaScript, Angular, and
Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Worked with database servers such as Oracle, MSSQL, and NoSQL.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding development teams to deliver cloud-based applications.
Preferred certification in GCP/AWS Solutions Architecture at the Professional level.
Knowledgeable in MVC design, data modeling, deployment & build management, and data migration.
Experience with Cloud Native Architecture, including Microservices, Docker, Docker Swarm/Kubernetes, container-based orchestration, CI/CD, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API Design.
Familiarity with other public clouds (AWS or GCP).
Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders across business and IT departments.
