Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collection of overdue accounts via phone calls
- Reminder call to customer for payment and followup on overdue accounts
- Perform administrative duties, payment arrangements and accounts monitoring
- Update and maintain the credit collection system
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree of any discipline / Diploma / A' / O'
- Good spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Energetic and selfdriven
- Possess initiative, resourcefulness and perseverance
- Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
- A team player who is able to work independently
