    Roles & Responsibilities

    Partnership Marketing Campaigns

    • Assist in the execution of the brand marketing and promotion plans with various beauty brand partners such as Changi 1st outposts, co-marketing campaigns either online or offline in-stores or omni-channel etc.
    • Assist to coordinate and finalize plans with partners.
    • Coordinate to ensure smooth operations for brand campaigns with tip top coordination with external stakeholders from brand partners, Changi Airport, agencies, vendors and other internal Shilla departments.
    • Collaborate with other marketing functions to ensure marketing deliverables of campaigns are fulfilled across Shilla or partner platforms.
    • Permit application for airport pass entry, photography permit and/ or police escort services, as and when required.
    • Track campaign marketing results through sales data and return of investment (ROI) post results.
    • Assist to create all relevant reports for pre - post campaign.

    Partnership Promotion Plans

    • Support management with tracking of in-store promotion assets and spaces.
    • Ensure compliance on approvals, setup, and teardown of brand promotional built.
    • Conduct inspections and report, rectify as well as follow up on any issues with contractors, vendor or agencies on promotions.
    • Create and send promotion memos to relevant stakeholders to ensure communication and smooth execution.
    • Reporting - assist internal stakeholders on updating of various trackers tied to promotions.
    • Compliance reporting for finance - approvals and administration for investment related billings.
    • Ensure all product gifting are declared.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as per assigned within the function.

    Requirement:

    • Diploma in Business/ Marketing with a minimum 2 year's of related experience.
    • Competent to articulate presentations in a corporate business discussions setting.
    • Candidates with past marketing experience is preferred.
    • Is passionate and have good understanding of Travel Retail beauty industry.
    • Able to conduct tasks, projects independently.
    • Meticulous, good initiative, dependable, and team player.
    • High proficiency in organizational skills and productive time management.
    • Good interpersonal, coordination & communication skills.
    • Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines.
