To review plans and specifications- Oversee the works
- To prepare plans, details of plumbing, heating, ventilating, airconditioning and general piping system.
- To provide technical advice
- To analyze mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions
- To plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.
- MS Office, Autocad and Construction Project management software
- Advise any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may afffect construction progress, eg. quality or snag
- Continually revidew the contractor's construction schedule
- Manage daytoday work of the MEP team and contractors
