Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing various finance functions such as accounting, funds management, taxation, subsidiaries, and internal controls, ensuring their effective implementation.
• Maintain open communication with external agencies like tax authorities, auditors, banks, and statistical bureaus to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Foster an internal control culture within the representative office, actively participating in high-risk activities such as procurement and expense reimbursement, utilizing internal control tools to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Conduct research and analysis on business opportunities using Client FS, perform risk modeling, and offer insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor the implementation of the yearly budget, propose solutions to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.
• Manage documentation filing and stay abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or in a related field.
• At least 2 years experience as a financial specialist, or similar.
• Proficiency in business management, statistical, analytical, and spreadsheet software.
• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Great organizational and time-management skills.
