    The Role

    Research Scientist in Protein-Based Materials

    We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team as a Research Scientist in protein-based materials. The successful candidate will work on research related to protein-based food materials and processing, under a nationally funded project focused on improving the nutritional and functional performance of alternative protein products.

    • Design and conduct experiments

    • - Design laboratory- and pilot-scale experiments related to protein-based food materials.
